Kucinich on Impeachment

You people think you're Democrats but unless you're willing to stand as the true opposition party and force the criminals who stole two elections to face justice you're only the Democratic version of Republicans, and the Democratic Party has become just a version of the Republican Party.

There is very little hope left for what we laughingly refer to as our "democracy". If Bush and Cheney aren't impeached there is no hope.

I'm not asking you to allow the Republicans to win in November. I'm asking you to use the power that you have only in an election year to force Pelosi to do her constitutional duty and impeach Bush and Cheney to save our democracy because if Bush and Cheney get away with the myriad crimes they've committed over the past seven plus years our democracy, what little there is left of it that is, is doomed.

Now go ahead and call me whatever you like, a Republican plant, an idiot, as me WTF is wrong with me, or tell me to take my meds and enjoy my tombstone as one "enlightened" DUer did. But I promise you this; unless and until Bush and Cheney face impeachment, unless the truth of this nightmare is made known in an impeachment investigation, unless that truth is accurately recorded for future generations, this country is doomed forever to repeat the past eight years because, no matter who is elected in November, they will know beyond a doubt that they can and will be able to do anything they like and there will be absolutely no accountability whatsoever because YOU, WE, THE PEOPLE, are too scared and/or too stupid to do anything about it.
