1. yeah, but WHO has been doing the spitting?
:eyes: It AIN'T the anti-war folks. They focused the spotlight ON the problem.

3. Two reactions - very strange this pic, tonight, and I never notice how staged
look at his hands, oh so gripped in supposed anger about what he failed to even try to prevent. what a work of art that is - he's so mad he's gonna... I never notied the clinched fist before, boy they had some image-makers working ot back then. disgusting.

What's weird is, for some reason, I went searching the net for 9*11 stuff in idle time today, was reminded again of the lies of that period, overshadowed now by the later disaster of the Iraq quagmire, and saw this pic much. Hadn't seen it in years, and then twice in one day. Trippy.

5. It's hard to see because it's so small, but that fist is stroking his...
erect member as he thinks about how he is going to bomb the shit out of those g-d towelheads.

6. Isn't that pic * looking at the aftermath of Katrina?

I don't recall any 9/11 pix where he wore a jacket like that but he did in the Katrina pix.

8. Wait, maybe it is - maybe it was this one I was thinking of

That might explain why I hadn't noticed the fists, or whatever's going on there.

Well, they were similar...my mistake.

11. There's a great pic
taken of him about 2 seconds later, when he looks up at the camera w/a look of total guilt, fear & shame on his face. Blows the carefully staged imaging out of the water.

14. there's another pic taken in the same series, that I can't figure out

He's looking towards the camera, and he's got a weird look on his face (weird even for him, and he's shown a pretty wide range of facial expressions since taking office). Is it my imagination, or does he look a bit scared (for himself, not for the people on the ground)? With the usual petulance and resentment ("Why are you looking at me? What do you want ME to do about it?") mixed in.

p.s. this is the same one Marie26 posted just above -- it took me a while to find this online, and she found it first. Glad to know I wasn't imagining, about his reaction.
