He's a saint, he's a whore, the late Tim Russert

Now that we are in the middle stage of media grief over one of it's own, it 's funny to look back at our collective opnions on one Mr. Russert, alleged newsman,(whatever that is), and talk show host for coporate propoganda. Many times here Russert was excoriated for being an ass during debates, interviews, and basic ass punditry that is practiciced on most MSM.

But now he has died. A terrible thing yes, his family and friends have the condolences they require.

But a pattern has emerged that here in death, the DM goes all wobbly and weepy over the deaths of people that enabled lies, propogated lies, were compliant with liars, and were happy collecting paychecks while asking the most inane and insipid questions, say during a debate just to elicit that all so prized media "gotcha" moment.

We as Democarts are so desireous to see the good, that we will gladly push aside known rock solid Democrats to get embraced by the latest gang of miscreants and water soaked rats such as the likes of Andy, Camile, Scotty; just gushing over their writings, talking points, books and other idiocy.

We are not that powerfull, as much as many of you would like to believe, as these are people that actually are playing both sides of the fence, and in Andy's case actually in more ways than one.

Tim was, and the key word is "was" a good newsman, back before when the networks morphed into what they are today. He lucky as he is, was tapped to become one of the main horses in the stable of the GE media that would be next to Brian "Saturday Night Live" Williams, and Tweety the wonder fowl. They all are guilty, they all say good things sometimes, but never to the point of actually being in a place where a Walter Cronkite laid it out.

So keep on screeching when they ask the insipid questions during the inspid debates, and ask youself if Russet was there what kind of questions would he ask.

I think we all know the answer.

1. A lot of americans are dead or will have lifelong disabilities because of the war
I think the non stop MSNBC mourning over him is making people here step back from expressing what Russert meant to the administration.

He may have been well liked and respected at MSNBC but he still played a part in cheer leading for the administration's agenda. He was a willing participant. Perhaps he's well respected at the network because most of them are birds of a feather.
