at the time, there was a poll that declared Bush was the worst president since WW2 by a large margin.

The republican radio host's question was who did you think was the 2nd worst... so, when he posted on FR, he got slammed for admitting Bush was the worst. He didn't admit to Bush being the worst, but he said that he knew Bush would win the poll as the worst.

I tried to coordinate the response to name Reagan as 2nd worst because I knew all the RWers would vote Clinton, while Dems would split between Reagan, Nixon and Bush Sr.
