countries have more money than we do. Farmers here sell it for more there. This is where "free trade" your family to starvation is an issue.

The globalists in our government could care less about protecting and defending our families. They only care about profit and their bag of plunder when they leave office.

I see it in my food store for $8 a large bag. Not big rice eaters in my area.

Do you suppose Wall Street speculators will profit on the rice panic?

5. I thought we weren't supposed to waste food, because...
...they were all starving over there.

Now, I hear they're eating all the rice in the world!

This is outrageous!

Will no one think of the children? Or, whoever we're supposed to think of at times like these.

16. Running out?
There is no shortage. There are only hoarders creating a false shortage because prices are going up and they want to make a buck on other people's hunger and misery. Prices are going up because of commodities gamers.

They've got the right idea in the Philippines. They throw hoarders into prison and distribute what they hoarded to the poor.

my local Asian grocer had pallets full of 20-25 pound bags of rice, as usual, the last time I bought rice there.
