Who is going to rebulid Iraq?

Now that Iraq is pretty much destroyed how will it get rebuilt and by whom? I'm not talking about that idiotic Six Flags green zone, exploding fun for everyone but the actual country outside of the green zone where average Iraqi's are trying not to get killed and put back some semblance of a life.

Will the US just write them a huge check that will bounce and put in some advisor's? I bring this up because this is something i never hear about on the news (quell surprise!) or anywhere else so what will happen? We owe them a country, i'm not talking about their government, i'm talking about their people.

Most likely we'll leave it as a shithole. If anything, we'll end up writing them a nice big fat check like Publisher's Clearing House, and saying "Here ya go. Sorry for fucking your country, but as a consolation prize, you can have this!"

i was little when Vietnam was happening so i guess the enormity of what has happened in iraq, the deaths of so mnay people and the fact that we ruined an entire country, it's just really overwheling in a terrible terrible way.
