I was feeling pretty good until I heard about this. Man, now I'm really in the dumps. I've never met this man, but I feel like he's my uncle or something. The last time I felt like this about a public figure was when George Harrison died. I'm going to make a donation to the DNC or something in Senator Kennedy's name.

My beautiful Mummy kitty passed away after a brief struggle with cancer. Now this with Sen. Kennedy.

I almost can't make myself eat, I'm too depressed.

She was the "healthy" one, too. All the others are on long-term meds for one thing or another.......

Lost a friend to this about 3 weeks ago. He survived for 8 months after dx. Heartbreaking.
