Japanese rightwingers trying to outdo America's: Deny Chinese rapes in WWII
Even going so far as to essentially call the Chinese rape-prisoner-slaves sluts:

""The fact is, there is no evidence to prove there was coercion," Abe said."

What an evil bunch rightwingers be - Japanese or American.

Sadly, Japan is a "traditional" country and will most likely give this piggy (Abe) his own term.

4. Nice! Would be cool if Olbermann would mention it, but Americans don't care enough.

5. Nice post Bloo.
You know american GIs sued the Japanese government a few years ago only to have their law suit thrown out - by the Untited States government - you know that??

Cause there was a treaty at the end of the war. They sure didn't tell our GIs.

There was a great special called "The Rape of Nan King" - produced by some Chinese historian a few years ago. Should be required viewing.

Boy - you sure have this one nailed. And you got my vote for best.

Joe

If only Americans cared about what goes on in the world outside their little hamlets.

9. Hardly a surprise
I believe this Abe guy recently said that Japan needs to move past the wartime legacy and beef up its military. He seems like someone who just wants to ignore anything troubling about Japan's history.

12. North Korea's saber-rattling does give some cause for that, though.

10. Can we just take all the conservatives
from every country, and just give them their own continent. Maybe Antarctica? They seem quite similar regardless of time or place.
