Neapolitan Mafia (La Camorra) which controls waste (mis)management industry decrees garbage strike, strike goes on forever, mountains of garbage pile up, people are staggering in the streets from the stench, political allies call no confidence vote in Parliament, Prodi falls--Sylvio "Legitimate Businessman" Berlusconi is back on top.

The Tidal Wave that swept Berlusconi back to power.

5. Good news. He's a Grade A ASSHOLE

He helped sharpen conflict with Muslim youth as France's Top Cop, then exploited the chaos and violence he helped to create by running for President, as the get tough candidate and the candidate who would keep France for the French. Once lifted into office on that Culture/Race War platform, he's proceeded to force feed Republican market ideology on his captive audience (a watery version of the shock doctrine formula) Oh yeah AND he wants France to join with America in raping and pillaging the Middle East.
