Even with the sound off, the media is biased
Went to get a sammy at the grill today. Large screen teevees everywhere with mostly sports shows. And there was CNN with no sound. Wolfee and Terry Jeffries and Donna Brazile. Every caption under either Hillary or Barack had a question mark at the end, as if we should question their motives or sincerity or truthfulness or something. But no caption had a question mark for McCain. Also, every picture of Hillary was awful. They must have spent quality time looking for the worst pictures of her.

I say, when the revolution starts, we go after the media whores first. I'm not sure what Douglas Feith looks like, but I'd know Hannity in the dark.

1. "I say, when the revolution starts, we go after the media whores first." Definitely!
I don't have cable/satellite, so I don't suffer through anywhere near as much dreck as so many of my fellow DUers seem to suffer.

But point taken, for sure.

3. Why even call it news.
I had a revelation about the news a while back. I was at the gym were they have several TVs playing at the same time but you can't hear them unless you have on headphones. I was watching one and thought I was watching E TV, alas I was wrong, I was watching Headline news. Then it struck me when I saw both of them together side by side. The format of Headline news and E tv were almost identical. But then what I really thought was strange is when I looked at fox and ESPN at the same time. They too were almost identical. I thought it about it a little bit and finally saw the correlation between the two different styles of format. First E tv and Headline news is all about people who want to hear gossip and fads (looks and no substance). ESPN and fox news is all about people who want to hear commentary (trash talk)and be told factoids to recite (listen to sports nerds thats all they do).
Anyways, now that I bored you with stupid stuff I'll let you get back to your lives.

4. several years go I posted on this phenomenon of watching Fox News with no sound
It was amazing, the subtle imagery in the graphics, the tone of the crawl messages, every single visual clue put together equaled just one thing - FASCISM
