Happened in Commerce Township, Michigan. I guess he really needed that job. He was homeless, tired of "living in the cold." He wanted to go to jail.

This was a news item on my local Fox station. I've looked; nothing posted on their website.

19. Hey! I love my tracker!
Of course, it's the four-door hard-top model. But it's 11 years old, carts everything I need carted everywhere I need to cart it, and still runs like a top. Plus good on gas mileage (for a mini-SUV).

Of course, now everybody will look at me funny when I pull up into a parking lot.

Saying he was angry because a Commerce Township lingerie store refused to hire him, an admitted cross-dresser drove his vehicle into the building -- causing $3,000 in damage and resulting in felony charges.

Jeremy Paul McIntosh, 27, will be back in court in the coming days on charges of commission of a felony with a motor vehicle, malicious destruction of property over $1,000 and reckless driving after being arraigned Monday. If convicted, McIntosh -- who was wearing makeup, blue Capri pants, red flip flops, a flowery blouse and a matching bra -- could face prison time.

McIntosh is still in custody.

12. That's the point of my post.
Another American, different than most, can't find a job. Frustrated, and "tired of living in the cold," he chooses jail over FREEDOM.

Is this the kind of FREEDOM that Bush is exporting?

I really can't disagree with that.

11. With a temper like that, the store was right not to hire that person.
And he won't have to worry about being homeless for a little while with the list of charges they've got against him. Three hots and a cot, and an outfit with a stencil on the back that says something like "County Jail."

Why take his 'agita' out on a small business? What a jerk. He applied for the damn job in JANUARY, yet he waits until NOW to express his dissatisfaction? Please. This idiot has ISSUES.

Here is one link: http://www.clickondetroit.com/news/15889447/detail.html

COMMERCE TOWNSHIP, Mich. -- A man dressed as a woman deliberately drove his car into a Commerce Township lingerie store Sunday after the company refused to hire him, police said.

Jeremy Paul McIntosh, who is an admitted cross dresser, went to Intimate Ideas on Union Lake Road and told an employee he was going to run his vehicle into the store because they refused to hire him when he applied for a job in January.

Police said shortly after he exited the store, the 27-year-old rammed his 1994 black GEO Tracker into the building seven times and caused over $3,000 in damage and merchandise to fall off the shelves....McIntosh was arraigned Monday on charges of commission of a felony with a motor vehicle, malicious destruction of property over $1,000 and reckless driving.

He remains in the Oakland County jail on a $10,000 cash bond.

17. Who knows what sort of attitude he presented with? That's a disordered mind, there
that reaches back three or four months to find someone to blame for his misfortunes, and then goes over and fucks up their business in order to find himself in jail. He would have been better off looking up "homeless shelters" in the damn yellow pagers, and putting in an application at Mickey D's.

They'll probably put the guy on probation; funny how people who WANT to go to jail often don't get what they want.

I can undertsnad him being pissed off totally but now he's got a felony charge and a $10,000.00 bail.

This young man has given up. That's pretty sad.

I'll bet the discrimination he faces daily has pushed him over the edge.

Hope they kept up their insurance payments...and hope they can afford to keep them up when they hike 'em for making a claim.
