They already carry Mike Malloy, so they have everything they need to air Randi's "new" show.

Probably not, they air Ed Schulz live instead Thom Hartman in his live slot, in addition to Mike Mallory an hour late. XM just uses "Air America" for branding purposes. They also had Alan Colmes on there before Faux got their own talk channel

As it is right now, they are only airing two hours of Rachel, two hours of Hartmann, and two hours of Malloy, so they really need to just add another fucking channel already. There's a thread on that subject already started. Think I'm gonna kick it up.......

5. Unfortunately, Sirius seems committed to developing in-house NO-talent

Alex Bennett, Lynn Samuels, Mark Thompson - all Sirius exclusives, all worthless on liberal radio, but Sirius sticks with them.

Sirius could program a really good channel now, but, well, even the commercials for Sirius Left suck. (And what's with the "Sirius Left" name anyway? If the right-wing channel is called Sirius Patriot, they could easily call the progressive channel "Sirius Liberty")

In any event, count on absolutely NOTHING on XM and Sirius while the merger is still pending. They got DOJ approval, now they need the FCC.
