Cheney On 4,000 Dead Americans: They Volunteered, * Has The Biggest Burden
“In an exclusive interview with ABC News, Vice President Dick Cheney was asked what the effect the grim milestone of at least 4,000 U.S. deaths over the five-year Iraq war might have on the nation.

Noting the burden placed on military families, the Vice President said the biggest burden is carried by President Bush, and reminded U.S. military in Iraq and Afghanistan volunteered for duty.: cont…

"The President carries the biggest burden, obviously," Cheney said, "He's the one who has to make the decision to commit young Americans but we are fortunate to have a group of men and women, the all-volunteer force, who voluntarily put on the uniform and go in harms way for the rest of us."cont…

1. Burden?
What 'burden'? He's safe. He sleeps well at night. None of his immediate family members are in mortal danger.

Cheney gets more dispicable with each passing day.

Or are they equal? I wonder if impeachment has a chance of jumping back on the table now? To my mind it's ;ike he's daring anyone to say or do anything. These egregious remarks are SO in the face of the American people.

9. Seems he "volunteered" during Vietnam as well.
Volunteered to skip some 500 people on the Air Guard waiting list with a low test score, he voluntarily checked "no" on the question box for overseas service, and he voluntarily didn't show up for months of drill, or a flight physical after the government spent a crapload of money training him to fly.

pushing that "all volunteered" quote around isn't he, damn that man, I hope someday I see this man pay for all his murderous crimes. He has total disdain for the American people.

that Cheney wouldn't live through the rest of this term.

I hope she was wrong, and that he lives a long, painful, INCARCERATED life. And when we hear horror stories about how "tough" prison is on him, we can all chorus "So?".

Way to minimize the genuine suffering of thousands of Americans, of which you are the direct cause. Way to be dismissive of those who mourn the dead whose blood is on your hands. Cheney is a psycho, not to mention a colossal gaping asshole.

No outrage left unsaid, no lie too great, no denial not tried, no crime too small. In all modern history Cheney deserves special attention of what abuse is possible and allow the criminal to walk free.

19. Dick Cheney is a sick person.
Mentally ill, he is so unstable right now. He even looks sick in the head. I've noted over the years how much an insensitive prick George Bush Jr. is, well let me say that he is NOTHING compared to Dick Cheney. Dick is what George will be once he gets 'old'.

That doesn't include the enemies of choice created by the Wregime.

They trusted you, Mr. Cheney — you and your cadre of criminals. They trusted that you were sending them to fight in the name of righteousness, in the name of Sept. 11, 2001.

They trusted you, and you stabbed them in the neck.
