a newly elected Dem president needs to have a NEW 9/11 investigation free of
parasites and leeches, both corporate and policitcal, endorsed by the bush gang.

have been watching a series of 'truth about 9/11' videos on youtube and completely agree there is evidence that 9/11 was not just a one off activity by a bunch of saudis with no support from inside the USA.

and I do not mean conspiracy as in it was UFOs etc, but rather who benfited and who was penalized by the event.

this country needs a complete and thorough investigation following all the possibilities, preferrably with cheney and bush tesifying seperately and under oath.

not likely that either obama or clinton are gonna do such a thing, and mccain of course will never do it.

it is entirely plausible that 9/11 is the third biggest crime in US history, right behind the slave trade and genocide against native americans, and all three fundamentally involve religion.

1. I agree
Its just like the Warren Commission, who was on that....

The ex CIA director Dulles?, who Kennedy fired?

Thats like having John Wilkes Booth on the Lincoln assassination committee.....:hi:

We need a true 9/11 independent commission

11. Independent and ongoing for both 9/11 and Kennedy assassination.
And wherever it leads.

We could vote on continuing it at each presidential election. WE.

Same players. Still alive.

And there needs to be a tax-dollar paid investigation that continues as the information continues to trickle. It continues to trickle.

3. And needs to go back way further than 1998. 9-11 investigation had to cut off at 1998

by decree of the WH, but those of us following the terror issue before 9-11 knew damn well that many key characters were part of matters left outstanding in the BCCI operations that had been deep-sixed throughout the 90s.

4. The investigation needs to be much deeper than just 9-11 though.
we have about 200 years of the cabal manipulating events to create our empire if not more.

5. A new Democratic president will have his hands full governing.
I want a pro-active President who works at the problems we face. I do not think we will be well served by a president who looks backwards.

7. The president doesn't HAVE to be part of it - just not IMPEDE the investigation
but instead, cooperate with investigators on matters like access to documents.

Do you think this nation was well-served in the long run by Clinton continuing the stonewalling of documents for Poppy Bush, especially on BCCI and its serious matters outstanding?

Should iranContra and Iraqgate matters have been allowed full cooperation of a Dem WH with access to documents that would have fully revealed the extent of the criminality of BushInc?

12. I think the President , his administration and the Congress
should have a proactive agenda to fix the problems of this country. If we do that, we govern better than past administrations going back to Truman.

10. Zellikow and Kean. And I don't believe Hamilton has ever found a Bush scandal he wouldn't
cover up for Poppy Bush.

8. I'm doubtful as to any help from Obama or HIlary
Edited on Fri Mar-21-08 05:35 PM by Juche
Can the president impede an investigation is what I am wonering? Conyers has said he is ok with another investigation after the 2008 election, would his committee have the authority to do that or would that be something Kucinich's committee does? Both are open to a new investigation.

I don't expect either Clinton or Obama to support a new investigation, I just don't want them to get in the way and try to block it.

NY is having a ballot initiative to have another investigation though.

http://www.nyc911initiative.org/

Chavez talked about doing an investigation, but that went nowhere. Japanese parliment had a discussion about an investigation. There was a discussion at the EU parliment about 9/11. So hopefully we can get multiple investigations within the next 5 years from countries all over the world.

I don't think Dem politicians (want) to realize how big of an issue 9/11 is wrt trust in the government.

13. I would like to see an investigation, it may be one of those times we cannot face the truth.
Like the Kennedy assassinations some will look at it over the years and be ridiculed when they doubt the official story.
