2. We need more reporters like KO
That will hook onto a story and not turn it loose until they find out the truth.

12. Oh, but I thought Keith could not handle a big breaking story like this one
because, after all, he is "just a sportscaster," not a REAL journalist. :sarcasm:

3. Well.
That warrants a big ol' "WHOA!" from me.

Sounds like maybe, just maybe, the maladministration has gone a bridge too far.

Day like this, I almost wish I had TV.

5. They've been caught big time
They tried to spin this and they lied big time.

As KO and his guests are pointing out those dates have meaning. This will be fun unless Cheney has other plans for us this weekend.

Remember DUers this is not just a US Senator but the front runner in the campaign.

8. This story is being seriously overblown!
Did nothing else happen in this country or the world today?
I had to turn the MSNBC off, its coverage of this story is just ridiculous!

9. Excuse me, no - you are wrong
This is a security breach having to do with a major party candidate for the presidency.

Oh, but I suppose if he "didn't do anything wrong he has nothing to hide", right?

RIGHT?

11. No, I'm not wrong, I got the meaning of the story within
the first 20 minutes. I didn't need to hear a solid hour on it. At this point in time, no one knows the seriousness of the breach and it's silly to blow it up into a "watergate story" when so little is actually known. It has nothing to do with weather he has anything to hide.

Bill Clinton had his passport records breached in 1992, the world didn't end, he wasn't impaired, he won the election and served 8 years. Seriously, it's not like someone was caught with gun pointed at the candidate's head!

Just get a grip everyone!

14. Oh, you are SO right.
If Obama has nothing to hide, why should he care if the whole world looks at his files? :sarcasm:

18. Keith covered other stories in his second hour. The ones they didn't get to in the first hour.
Actually, I learned a lot I didn't know and there were other updates during the coverage.

Watergate started as "just a burglary."

How many times can they repeat the same statement. They know nothing, yet drone on.

13. Report other stuff that happened today.
Update as actual information becomes available.

This could be a very important story. This could end up like the jackass that works at my bank who looks up the expenditures of local celebrities. I will be changing banks as soon as I find a job. I don't have anything to hide, but if their employees brag about it and how it was their manager that showed them how to do it, they're not for me.

16. No. The Rev. Wright story is overblown.
Talk about bullshit! :banghead:

Now, I'm hearing that McCain is associating Obama with Malcolm X and the guys who held up their fists at the Olympics in 1968 ....

:wtf:

19. Bingo !
You are right. This is a big story. The Obama and his Preacher story is overblown and is a character assassination with guilt by association.

turn out to be nothing more than idle curiosity, probably by a couple of young fans wanting to get closer to him.

Unfortunately it wasn't worth an hour. It wasn't worth the breathless hysteria either. Try getting some more info then come back with it later. In other news...
