During the Cold War you were going to have about 20 minutes warning

That was the deal; Russia would launch their missiles, we would spot them with our nifty radar all over Alaska, then we'd all have about 20 minutes before the world came to an end. Nice thought.

That's sort of what its like waiting for the stock market to open this morning.
