I was stunned when the junior Senator from my state, Mr. Obama, voted a thumbs up - a yes - for Condi Rice.

Thank God my senior Senator Durbin voted no. for this horrible woman.

I wrote and also email Mr. Obama to ask why he voted yes for a woman who constantly lied to us about the Iraq weapns of mass destruction, the PB memo on Osama set to strike inside the US, etc. etc.

Needless to say, I never heard from anyone from his office.

So why, my dear DUers, WHY DID OBAMA VOTE YES FOR CONDI RICE? Was he using his good judgement?
