True, it's just the one station, but with the average price of $3.56 a gallon and the way prices are rising, I expect the majority of the stations to be around $4 just past the beginning of April.

San Diego isn't San Mateo, there's a whole lot of poor, working folks living on contracts or piece work and a rather inconvinient public transportation system to get one around the mesas and valleys that make up the town. There's going to be a lot of jobs lost because of this.

8. It is irresponsible to put the NEX stations in the list
unless you are active, reserve or retired, you cannot get that gas

16. There are quite a few active, retired and reserves in the area -
As well as people who have Costco and Vons cards, which also have restricted gas stations - the restricted station issue was discussed early last year and the primary reason they include those stations are as part of actual local costs. It was also determined that if a member posted a military station, or one of the Vons station while using a card, they had to include "Vons Card price" or "Mil ID required", so people knew those were special issues. My Costco card expired, so I can't get Costco gas - and right now, I don't have the $45 to spare and get a club card.

Besides, the military folks might want to know that they might be able to get gas cheaper on the way in - NEX and MCX don't always carry the cheapest gas.

17. I filled up today for about $1.07
That's the highest I've seen in a while. And the CBC is warning that the prices are going up and NEVER coming back down again.

There are dire warnings for people who make their living off of car travellers.

21. 4:19 for Diesel off of 96 near Lansing, that is the real kicker.
Trucking companies will have to pass off the cost to the grocery store owner, and they will pass the cost off to the customer. Long Live Dictator Bush, do I really need the sarcasm tag?
