Any information on the source of the BS story on CTV today re: Nafta and Obama and Clinton?

I heard it was completely debunked by the Canadian embassy, the debunking being entirely credible since that is where the contact allegedly occurred but I've not heard anything about how or why the story got started or aired?

3. Canadian TV did a story that Obama (and Clinton) had aides call them to say

ignore what we say on the stump about NAFTA, its just a campaign promise, we're not going to do anything about it. The call was apparently made to the Canadian embassy here in the US. Only the embassy completely denies it. As do both candidates.

Such an odd story...I think McCain is more likely as a source than Hillary because the news report said the embassy got a call from Hillary's people too.

I don't trust Harper

and I don't trust Bush.

We HAD an Ambassador when Harper took over,

Harper replaced him with Wilson, who knows the Bushies well.

So until someone proves to me that CTV made it up,

I'm on CTV's side.

Who can say what the delegate's or embassy's staff is doing all the time?

I can't believe for a second that CTV "invented" it.

And I don't care what comes out of Harper's minions mouths.

Harper just got our Nuclear Regulatory Commission president demoted BECAUSE SHE FOLLOWED THE RULES.

Harper changes staff on a whim
