"This will lead to free and fair elections" in Cuba. What? They don't use Diebold down there? This is a non-story. Everyone already knew he was old, sick and almost done. Why does Wolfie call this a "stunning" announcement? I call B.S.

Cuba still has dissidents in jail, still has one-party rule, and still has a president named Castro. This changes pretty much nothing.

It probably happened unbeknownst to Bushco - kind of like the Berlin Wall came down when Reagan was looking the other way.
Now, let's see how Bushco tries to take credit for it. QUITE an accomplishment, seeing as how Castro is like 100 and really feeble and all.
