Alfie D'Amato keeping up with the Thompsons becomes a father at 70..
the former Senator is now on the Town of Hempstead Zoning Appeals Board. Quite a step down there (although his ass should be in jail)..:rofl:

MANHASSET, N.Y., Feb. 6 (UPI) -- Katuria D'Amato, wife of former U.S. Sen. Alfonse M. D'Amato, delivered the couple's first child Tuesday in New York, a report said.

Alfonso Marcello D'Amato was born at 7:47 a.m. on the morning of the Super Tuesday primary presidential elections, New York Newsday noted.

"How fantastic is it that on his first day in this world, he finds himself in the middle of the most exciting and important political event of our generation? That's my boy!," the 70-year-old father said.
