LMAO - US to Chadian rebels: "pretty please don't enter our embassy"
http://www.guardian.co.uk/worldlatest/story/0,,-7280670,00.html

<snip>
The United States on Monday warned Chadian rebels fighting government troops in the capital not to enter the U.S. embassy compound in N'Djamena that was abandoned over the weekend for security reasons.

``The embassy compound, if it has been entered, should immediately be exited, and certainly they should not attempt to enter the chancery or embassy buildings,'' said State Department spokesman Sean McCormack. ``It is still American territory.''
<snip>

This sounds like something you'd see in a Monty Python skit, not what you'd expect to hear a US official say.

Gee, wouldn't want them pesky dark-skinned folks getting ahold of official US documents and find out how much you've been screwing their country, would you?
