8. only 1/3 or $38 billion is stimulus, $76 billion is corporate give away..or stealth tax cut, and the
first big tax cut didn't F'n work. and could have paid for universal insurance for everybody,

9. Amend to tie minimum wage to inflation. We need that kind of a stimulus AND stabalizer.
