When Mukasey shows up for his first hearing as AG, he needs NOT to be asked if waterboarding is torture. The US has prosecuted people, and found them guilty of torture because they waterboarded people.

State the fact: Waterboarding is torture, Mr. Attorney General, and we damned well expect you to prosecute those who have done it, and those who have ordered it. Period. And, if you don't, we'll begin impeachment proceedings on YOUR ass!!
