Tell the truth, bunch of lying motherfucking bastards
When you hand out these checks to everyone, whether it's $300 or $1200, there should be a bold disclaimer on the check: By signing and cashing this check, you agree to repay this amount in full next year when you file your tax return

Anything less is deceiving the American public, many of whom will simply assume this is "free money" from DC.

2. So--they're loaning me a loan I don't want? In the hopes that I'll be so giddy
over an unexpected check that I'll blow it on some stupid crap from China? What an awesome country we live in. :eyes:

7. yes--when they first pulled this trick back in 02, SO MANY folks never believed it was a loan
from next year's tax return. Until tax time came.

Ha ha !

Try to talk them into the same thing this time. I wonder if they'll figure it out, even after experiencing it before...

8. fool me once
The crowd that can't finish that saying is the same crowd that will be fooled again. (Then they'll blame the Democrats in office at the time they figure out what's going on)

10. So....on next year's tax return...
...is it considered income, that is taxed? Is the situation that we'll
end up paying taxes on this?

OR...

...when we file our returns, do we subtract the amount of our check from any
return we'd be getting?

16. You don't have to do a thing...
...They will deduct it from any refunds you are to receive, and if you owe anything they will charge you the amount extra.
