When Hunter endorses Huckabee, freeper heads exlode!! Hugh and series!!
The one person that most of them hailed as their hero endorses the guy they call a communist, socialist. The only thing worse would have been if he had endorsed McCain. (ok, or Hillary)

It's kind of funny.

1. And Fred Thompson will endorse McCain
Who the Freepers also hate (and about one quarter of them have vowed never to vote for him this fall).

So the two favorite Freeper candidates, Hunter and Thompson, are now out and they will have endorsed two candidates that they Freepers cannot stand.

2. Yeah, it kinda makes ya all warm and tingly inside, doesn't it?
They may have to shut down for a few days of official mourning.

5. I can't begin to tell you....
What a warm fuzzy feeling I have over all this wailing and gnashing of teeth by Repubs. Hope it sticks until Nov.

4. They didn't particularlly like Bush in 2000...
They'll probably herd in behind the eventual nom like good little sheep, and on the off chance he gets elected, they'll tell us what traitors we are for criticizing him.

7. They Were A Hell Of A Lot More United
booooshie was the ultimate manchurian candidate...every right wing meme he either stood for or gave the "wink and nod". Other than McCain there was no opposition to this bastard from the moments his handlers bought the nomination to stealing the general election...it was lock-step all the way.

8. What a shame
So the two favorite Freeper candidates, Hunter and Thompson, are now out

Now they won't be able to run as a ticket: Hunter/Thompson '08!

9. Freepers hate McCain because he actually served America honorably
Edited on Wed Jan-23-08 09:25 PM by SpiralHawk
Whereas Freepers admire their own kind: chickenhawks like Commander AWOL Bush, Cheney, Limbaugh, O'Reilly, Hannity, Lott, etc. etc. ad nauseum.

The existence of honorable vets causes chickenhawk republicons to feel shame, as they should, so they take potshots at honorable vets.

Bill O'Reilly is just one chickenhawk republicon example...

You cannot go any lower...

He's the 21st century version of Walter Cronkite.
