Oh the irony...MSNBC says Rudy is failing because of lack of press coverage.
An analyst was just asked why Rudy's campaign is failing even in his home state and the guy pointed out that it's because he's simply been off the radar screen for too long. "You can't be off the tv that long or else the voters will forget about you."

I point this out for the people who say Edwards isn't getting coverage because he's not doing well, as opposed to Edwards not doing well because he's not getting coverage. They seem willing to admit the lack of coverage is hurting Rudy, yet it somehow doesn't apply to Edwards.

2. Just a few weeks ago, the MSM led with a story about Rudy's..
mystery illness on his flight from St. Louis. If anybody has not suffered from a lack of press coverage over the past few years, it's been Rudy.

4. You are not supposed to notice that.
Ignore the man behind the curtain. Ignore the truth behind the spin.

Move along, nothing to see here... :eyes:

5. Nobody is surprised, right? All Democrats will have to fight the GOP *and* the MSM.
That's simply the nature of the playing field. The media will spin any story to make Democratic candidates look bad, and the GOP look as good as possible.

6. Hardly the same thing as being blatantly ignored from the starting gate.

7. It's all part of the package. Dems need to stop being surprised.
Democratic campaign managers need to stop wishing for fairness from the MSM. They simply don't give a fuck about treating us fairly. We need more moves like the boycott of the Fox debates. That's the kind of hard-knuckle move that gets attention.

8. Gee and maybe
the fact that Goulini has come in last, or nearly so, in ever Puke contest so far, combined with the fact that New Yorkers "know" this clown HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH IT???????????

Yea, Edwards is ignored, but this is Rudy we're talking about.

9. No, Rudy's problem IS press coverage
And the more people become familiar with his record, the less attractive he is as a candidate.

11. They're correct about Giuliani. Edwards supporters need to get over their complex.

Edwards is in every debate. People have declared him the winner. He's been out there. Is it the medias fault he got 4% in Nevada? Is it the medias fault he lost IA and NH? At some point you have to realize your candidate isn't viable. Even Edwards campaign thinks he cannot win a state. The other day Edwards supporters said they were going to raise $7 Million. They raised $300K. There's not much support there.

12. You're delirious
Edwards "wins" a debate and the media focuses on why Hillary and Obama didn't do better, and never mention Edwards. Edwards comes in second in the election and all the coverage is about Hillary needing to do better, without ever mentioning Edwards. Your analysis -- as an Obama supporter -- is so blatantly self-serving it's not even funny.
