A margin that is not a great deal larger than that which was reversed when they actually counted the votes in New Hampshire.

2. No, c'mon. No one expected Obama to beat Hillary for a Blue Dog state...
...I'm glad he did as well as he did.

Clinton is 12% ahead in Clark county, don't think there's enough people anywhere else to turn the tide

13. Ah. the premature meme. Yip looks droppable on the basis of those stats.
Edited on Sat Jan-19-08 04:43 PM by althecat
(edit) On reflection and reeducation... Yup this meme is done :)

cheers and goodbye... I thought CNN was reporting results yet to be announced.... and then suddenly we project the result. Plus what time is it in Nevada like 4.30pm. That was what surprised me.

17. Exit polls has obama comfortably ahead 6-8 points before the count.....
During the count it settled down to roughly the final result rather quickly. This did not make a lot of sense however as in Nevada they count their votes at light speed and so the projection was in fact the result. Its just really really fast. I am used to my US elections extending into my NZ afternoons so was somewhat confused.
