So which candidate will stop the US from continiuing to arm the world?

So which candidate will stop the US from continiuing to arm the world?
Could we come up with an idea to "arm the world" with schools and health centers, books, music, instead of weapons?

4. Right off the bat, yes.
But Edwards has shown a certain propensity for learning from his mistakes. I think he could be brought around, with encourgement.
