There would have been no spotlight on Roves wet dream of politicizing DOJ and there would have been many Rove picked prosecutors in place to effect the 2008 elections.

The Dem's are far from perfect.... but without our majority, things would be far worst. mho

3. It's not clear that it has stopped...
My concern when the USA firings were reported was "How many are left that agree to do the WH bidding?"

The people I talk to about this don't have a clue there's something wrong in the DOJ, so the word isn't getting to the streets.

I'm so frustrated by this administration.

4. I agree...
I still think there are many out there.... but I think they're laying very low because they're afraid they'll be caught. I think if the investigations never occurred and Gonzalez was still around, we would have seen several prosecutions against Dem politicians.

5. obstruction of justice
Nany Pelosi is obstructing the Florida investigation into Mark Foley. Why would she do that? It really shows how we still don't have good representation in D.C. Regardless of who is there, we are still not getting the truth. Pelosi is the perfect example of why gender and race don't matter. It is integity, and we need to make sure who we vote for has it in abundance, regardless of the color or shape of their "package".
