How we get a definition of waterboarding as torture.....
Edited on Sun Jan-06-08 08:28 AM by Aviation Pro
...the current national news missing person case has all the elements of a TV CSI investigation. Forensic and trace evidence, what looks to be a very foul crime and a suspect who looks very convincing as a scumbag. What is lacking is a body, which he probably knows the whereabouts. So waterboard him - afterall it'll take about 30 seconds for him to break - and find the body. Then let his lawyers take up the torture issue in court.

By the time it reaches the Supreme Court we'll have our definition.
