1. I don't think they have the case yet... closings were yesterday...
THey still have to get the juror instructions this morning...

Which is now.

FDL should be posting any minute now from inside the courtroom.

8. Jury instructions could take a few hours
depending on how much the paticular judge likes to explain the instructions. I would say at least an hour. They probably won't start deliberating until 11am.

10. Yesterday, Judge Walton said something about
"3 hours tomorrow." Half for him (Walton), and half for attorneys (tweaking instructions?)

9. Today, things will seem
to be moving at a slow pace. It will appear like the still waters on the surface of a deep river. But, beneath that surface, there will be undercurrents, and they will not be limited to that jury room.

Things are good.
