Doctors who helped after Bhutto shooting told to keep quiet

The Washington Post has revealed that Pakistani authorities ordered the doctors who attended to Benazir Bhutto after her shooting to remain silent about the cause of death.

One doctors told the Post that as soon as Benazir was pronounced dead, government agents confiscated the medical records.

The medical staff of the Rawalpindi General Hospital have mostly remained quiet after the incident, but said they were put in a terrible position after the assassination.

Babar Awan, a top official in the Bhutto Pakistan People's Party said that he had identified two clearly defined entry and exit bullet wounds.
