Response to out of context propaganda video - Need help

Some 17%er forwarded this video to my family. It is better produced than most of the Repuke crap I've seen. It contains sound bites from "Dimocrats" making Iraq out to be a world threat before and after the B$sh regime took hold. I know the quotes before 2001 are taken out of context, and the sound bites after 2001 are fairly irrelevant due to Democrats being misled. Is there anything else that could be added in response to this warmongering video, something simple enough for someone with the mind of a psychotic 3rd grader who sent this to understand?
