WHITE HOUSE (AP) -- White House officials say President Bush has been briefed by Prime Minister Tony Blair on the planned pullout of 15-hundred British troops from Iraq. And, they say, President Bush sees it as a "sign of success." snip

The spokesman adds that the president's goal is to achieve that same improvement in Baghdad, which is why he's sending in 21-thousand more U-S troops.
