8. The Pakistani interior ministry (I think it was interior)

Said today that there were no bullets, and that she died as a result of a skull fracture from a bar on the sunroof as she fell. I'm not clear if they said no bullets were fired, or just that she wasn't actually shot, but as close as that gunman was, it's hard to imagine he missed.
