Does it seem that the corporate media is pushing Romney?
It seems that way to me. They attempt to do it in a very subtle way most of the time. However, and maybe it's just me, but it seems they have chosen Mitt as the man most likely to protect their huge taxcuts, and the corporate media, just like all corporations, is mostly focused on the bottom line. We would be naive to think otherwise.

At first, they seemed to be pushing Rudy Guiliani but his train seems to have run off the track. So now, they have to find a new waterboy that will carry their taxcuts for them. Seems that way to me.

There have been several stories in the press and on the TV talk shows in the last few days talking about religion in politics. It was even the subject of the day on C-SPAN's Washington Journal this morning. Does religion matter, they asked? Of course not, if it interferes with our bottom line.

parrot who will fall in line and increase corporate tax cuts, reduce health care requirements for corporations and turn the countries people into an expendable labor force serving business interests.

2. Hell yes they are. They're afraid of that nutcase Huckleberry. They know
McCain and the Ghoul are losers.

Romney would sell his grandmother out for a dollar.

3. I think they're doing that, but at the same time are half afraid
that he'll get taken down by his negatives, including his funny underwear. I think they're starting to groom McCain as a backup.

4. I think you are correct...
but they don't really believe that McCain has a chance. They have to reverse the brainwashing of the last 25 years and convince the Republican voters that religion doesn't really matter. Now that religion may cost them the election.
