I feel sick inside reading this. But have no answers. What answers are there?

8. Violent videogames have nothing to do with it.

Teenage kids have been sadistic bastards for centuries. And it's not just something that's resurging in this decade. I've heard a tale or two from folks who were teens in the '70s and '80s (HS seniors trying to drown a freshman guy, gang beatings), and '90s (pot {brownies?} laced with rat poison).

Lots of teenagers suck. The hormones make them stupid.

6. Those with the most misfortune are those that society seems

beat up on the most. A lot of it has to do with their helplessness making them easy targets. I think it's also from our mistaken belief that people are fault for their bad fortune when in fact this has little truth in it.

If working hard for success brought rewards and being lazy and feckless led to homelessness our President would be out in the street begging, so these faulty premises need to be rooted out of our psyche and replaced with something like, it is the duty of those who have been lucky enough to experience success in life to help those less fortunate than themselves to also achieve better success in life.
