They have satellites, you know.

I figure I'm always being watched. That's how it's been since the 1980's anyway.

2. They wax nostalgic about the "good old days" when a couple of spies could

stroll out to the middle of some park so they could talk without being overheard. Now they purportedly have microphones that can even listen on THOSE conversations. I'm with you. I don't think there's ANYWHERE except maybe in a cave, where you can't be seen or heard if they want to spy.

OR -- maybe it's like Naomi Wolfe said. They don't actually have to DO anything, but just have to have us THINK they are.

3. The amount of data they are sifting must be insane

but on the other hand, people like me are blacklisted, so you watch us, and then watch the people we interact with in real time. Also, with the threat analyzers they have, they can ignore 99.5% of the people they're watching.

Besides, we know it's all about the hot blondes in the shower.
