Cheney Impeachment Gaining Momentum

Today Rep. Wiener, of the Judiciary Committee, joined three others on Wexler's letter calling for sober, immediate Impeachment Hearings.

Two days ago, Rep. Moore of Wisconsin signed on to co-sponsor H.Res.333 Articles of Impeachment for dickie, 25 names now appear on the Resolution.

Wexler's effort to let the people speak out for Impeachment at his website has grown to 122,206, as of 9:43AM EST.

Wexler plans to leave the site open for signatures until around the second week of January, when Congress is back in session. At that time he is going to deliver the signatures and his letter to John Conyers and urge immediate Hearings. Wexler gives the impression that Conyers is willing if the case is presented clearly. If Wexler can demonstrate the need and the support for Impeachment in a reasonable way, we can move past Pelosi's table.

Send people to the Wexler's site: http://www.wexlerwantshearings.com/ Write LTTE's. Call your representatives, especially if they sit on the Judiciary Committee. Call those who have taken a stand and offer support. Let's not take our eye off the ball. Now is the time.

I was watching C-Span last night and it amazed me how both sides are able to compliment themselves on doing such a great job and making such progress and all I saw was one guy saying that it was all empty rhetoric if there wasn't going to be any 'REAL' actions...
