It's quite simple really.
I'm not one that always toes the party line. I don't care for the Blue Dogs, the DLC and the third way, the leadership so far (or lack of) from Pelosi and Reid, and a few other things. However, we MUST not allow, in ANY WAY, in ANY MANNER, in ANY WAY POSSIBLE, the Republicans to win the executive branch in 2008. Our system is still broken and the Justice Department, the courts, and other executive branch agencies are still politicized. The country CANNOT AFFORD for this situation to continue. eom.

1. I was emailing with a friend this morning
who isn't politically active, but who said the same thing. She's voting Democratic no matter who is the nominee. So I think there is hope--when someone who doesn't do politics realizes this, others will as well.
