So, a man was being tailgated by a stressed out woman
Read down to the end, please. Sorry if it's a repeat. My sister sent this to me.

A man was being tailgated by a stressed out woman on a busy
boulevard. Suddenly, the light turned yellow, just in front of him..

He did the right thing, stopping at the crosswalk, even though he could have beaten the red light by accelerating through the intersection.

The tailgating woman was furious and honked her horn, screaming in
frustration as she missed her chance to get through the intersection, dropping her
cell phone and makeup.

As she was still in mid-rant, she heard a tap on her window and looked up
into the face of a very serious police officer. The officer ordered her to exit
her car with her hands up. He took her to the police station where she was
searched, finger printed, photographed, and placed in a holding cell.

After a couple of hours, a policeman approached the cell and opened the
door. She was escorted back to the booking desk where the arresting officer was
waiting with her personal effects.

He said, "I'm very sorry for this mistake. You see, I pulled up behind your
car while you were blowing your horn, flipping off the guy in front of you,
and cussing a blue streak at him. I noticed the 'What Would Jesus Do' bumper
sticker, the 'Choose Life' License plate holder, the 'Follow Me to
Sunday-School' bumper Sticker, And the chrome-plated Christian fish emblem on the trunk.

Naturally I assumed you had stolen the car.

6. My Uncle used to hate religious people
said they'd be all pious and full of love in church, and get out in the parking lot and cuss and flipeach other off in the parking lot

I work with the general public, and this time of year people have a tendency to blow their top at the lil'est of things. Get themselves all in pissy public rant and rage. One of the techniques I and my manager do in dispute resolution is to try this ploy; "You look familiar Mr. X? Do you attend our church?" Works about 75% of the time right off the bat to cool their jets with a deer-in-the-headlights look

9. Funny, ......but not so. Waaaay too many drivers like this. After witnessing a fatal wreck last
night, I'm even MORE upset with drivers like this, if that's possible.

I wish they would either grow up, or get their own highways.

10. Oh, you'll get your wish and more and more as
publically funded highways are being maintained by private companies. Does that sound like a good idea to you?

regarding stereotyping and profiling?

26. First, thank you for consideration of others, and sorry you experienced such a tragedy.
Unfortunately, even PERSONALLY WITNESSING such tragedy doesn't seem to stop people from driving like jackasses anymore.

I'm so fed up with it, and so is everyone I know.

Again, thank you for your courtesy! I wish you could spread it around!

18. that fits with another story and its true: we had a nice dinner recently, well
Edited on Wed Dec-19-07 12:09 AM by caligirl
it was at least interesting. We went to dinner at 8:30 which is a bit late but traffic was bad. We were seated next to a party of 12 having a nice time. We ordered and I had a Mai Tai. They were served and Prayed with all holding hands as they prayed. Every five seconds after that we heard the word Hooker. One story was told by the guy who had come on to a lesbian in front of his drinking buddy. Every sentence was about drinking, gay sex, straight sex or football. They were football fans whose big thing was to stay in the same place as the teams and drink with the players in the bar. As I got up I made comment about Bush being on his way out.

20. Sounds like my girlfriend, minus the Christian stuff
she has a lead foot and ferocious road rage that is funny sometimes and scary most times. I'm eerily calm and patient even in dangerous conditions. People wonder how I manage to ride with her.

But I'll freely admit to having a rosary around my rear view mirror.

21. My friend who works retail sales had a persecuted Christian yell at her
Edited on Wed Dec-19-07 06:30 PM by central scrutinizer
when she wished him "Happy Holidays". He was pissed that she was not honoring Jesus by saying "Merry Christmas". I am so sick of these fake Christians playing the victim card. They are pandered to by all the politicians, get whatever the fuck they want, are privileged to be in the majority culture and yet they have the audacity to get pissed at some poor woman barely making minimum wage.

Who Would Jesus Yell At?
