I just confirmed that he cannot get emails and mail directly. The emails are printed out for him by his family who deliver them to him when visiting him. He has no access directly. Just fyi.

16. A book that helped me a lot there was this one

Found at the Human Kindness Foundation, who have formed a Prison Ashram since the 70's - sounds like it could be flaky new age, but it's not, they've turned thousands of prisoners around..
