5. I saw Bumiller on some show and she said

at one point Rice (seemed) to come close to admitting "some fault" regarding 911...that she could have paid closer attention to the intel/warnings at the time.

I about fell out of my chair laughing.

I changed channels instead.

Seemed safer.

but found that she had to be critical of Bush's wife - "there was just no avoiding it".
