ROEMER talking with Keith: This could be "dark chapter in CIA history."

We need to know whats on the tapes because:
- accountability
- creates worst speculation/suspicion
- credibility

Congress should "dig for this" and then see if special prosecutor is necessary.

3. Well, there are a couple of possibilities--
You might have an abnormally large reality connection, or
You might be starting to think of the Congressional Democrats, "Fool me 137 times, shame on you; fool me 138 times, shame on me."
You might be developing Pelosis, which is an allergic reaction to the Speaker.
