Second, what good is it going to do to have them leaked? Showing the Abu Ghraib pictures accomplished nothing positive at all, but did manage to make Iraq an even more dangerous place. Would another Abu Ghraib style scandal do anything else?

The world already knows Bush has defended and promoted the CIA torturing people.

I can only see one result coming out of these tapes going public: more people embracing violence and more people dying. The war won't end any sooner, and Bush won't be forced from office because of it. Absolutely no good can come of any of this.
