Good morning Mr. President!
"It is time to make peace with the planet," Gore said at the gala ceremony in Oslo's city hall, in front of Norway's royalty, leaders and invited guests. "We must quickly mobilize our civilization with the urgency and resolve that has previously been seen only when nations mobilized for war."

1. I try so hard not to cry
when I think what the US
could have been had the
election not been stolen
from President Gore. I
have to remind myself that
he is doing a greater good.
I still have sorrow over the
death of America as we knew it.

3. Exactly. The grief I felt at that time was shared by so many and yet I had no idea.
No one really talked about it, or it was drowned out by the gloating of the Clinton resenting, Bush loving minority.
I know better now.

Can you imagine, though, if VP/Sen Gore had just faded away, doing a few speaking engagements here and there to fill the coffers, instead of his high profile spotlighting of the crisis in which we're enmeshed?

There is a slow awakening going on and it remains to be seen if the corporomedia and their masters can continue merrily on their way.

Regardless, my eyes are open and most importantly, I know I'm not alone.

:hugs:

4. I agree, we should have
fought it to the death,
if that is what it took.
It was hard to convince
people back then that this
was critical to the America
we knew staying in existence.

6. i have to exhale and count to ten and repeat the procedure many times over.
i get so inflated with anger when i think of what the bushes did ... i could have a heart attack just from keeping it all boiled up inside... that is why i need to exhale and keep on exhaling.

7. It is sooo hard...
especially when smirkboy
is on giving a presser.
It makes me want to see how
fast news can travel by
throwing my TV out the
window.
