"It's all Clinton's fault"
Edited on Sun Dec-09-07 09:24 PM by Bluzmann57
Since Huckabee is the latest Republican who won't take responsibility for his actions in the past, instead blaming it on Bill Clinton, I thought I'd make a list of other things that surely must have been Clinton's fault.
The great flood of 1993. If you lived along the upper Mississippi River, you surely remember Clinton causing this one, what with all the rain and late snow melt that occured.
In 1994, a meteor passed within 100,000 km of Earth. Whew! Pretty close! Damn it Bill, how could you let that happen?
In 1994 the Major League Baseball Players went on strike against the owners, causing the cancellation of the World Series for the first time ever, including in war time. Man oh man, how could Clinton let this happen?
In 1995, O.J. Simpson got acquitted of murder. Now this was easily Bill Clinton's fault. It just couldn't be the incompetence of the LAPD and the brilliance of a lawyer, not to mention the incompetence of a jury.
In 1998, Sammy Sosa and Mark McGwire staged an epic home run chase, bringing MLB back from the brink of extinction, which, of course was Clinton's fault. But alas, both men were suspected of taking performance enhancing drugs to build their muscles. There is no doubt that this had Clinton written all over it.
So you see, it all goes back to the no good Bill Clinton. That was an evil guy, actually seeking sex outside of marriage. GASP! Not like he did something moral like lead our country into an illegal and unwinnable war.

3. The series of earthquakes that occured along the
New Madrid faultline in 1812 can be his fault too.

Why not blame him for those since he gets blamed for everything else?
