After what he sees as one Bush/Cheney assault on the Constitution too many, John Nirenberg of Brattleboro, VT can no longer stand still. He has embarked on a walk from Faneuil Hall in Boston, Massachusetts to House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s office in Washington D.C., south along Route 1, where he will deliver the names and letters he has gathered from fellow citizens calling for impeachment.

Saturday, December 15, he'll be heading for Westport & Norwalk, CT to join the Peace Vigils on The Ruth Steinkraus Cohen Bridge in Westport, CT and at the City Hall in Norwalk, CT. Citizen activist, Dan DeWalt from Newfane Vermont will join him.

The first rally on December 15th is in Westport, CT which will be held during the Saturday weekly vigil on Route One on the Ruth Steinkraus Cohen Bridge, in the center of town from 10 – 11:00 a.m. John and Dan will then move on to the next vigil at City Hall in Norwalk, CT, at 125 East Avenue, from 12:30-2:00 p.m (exit 16, I-95). John & Dan will lead peace and impeachment rallies at both locations – speaking and taking questions. They invite you to join them in their call to Nancy Pelosi to put impeachment back on the table – it’s not her table, it’s the people’s table!
