Prosor (Israeli Amb. To Britain): War With Iran May Be Unavoidable
It must be clear that if Iran does not cooperate with the West on the nuclear issue, military confrontation will be unavoidable, incoming Israeli ambassador to Britain, Ron Prosor, was quoted as saying Sunday.

Prosor, who served as Prime Minister Ehud Olmert's senior adviser on Iran, told the Sunday Telegraph that Teheran could enrich enough uranium to make an atomic bomb by 2009.

"At the current rate of progress Iran will reach the technical threshold for producing fissile material by 2009," he told the British newspaper. "This is a global threat and it requires a global response. It should be made clear that if Iran does not co-operate then military confrontation is inevitable. It is either co-operation or confrontation."

Prosor went on to say that the Iranians would soon be able to fully control all the elements of enrichment and from that point on, it would only be a matter of time before they had a nuclear weapon.

--
Prosor expressed astonishment over Washington's latest intelligence assessment downgrading the Iranian threat.

4. It's good to know that Israel is running our foreign policy. If you want to know if we invade Iran,
hell, don't ask our "leadership", apparently ask Israel. They seem to know more about it than we do.

7. All of the 16 US Intell Agencies are wrong & Israeli Intell is right.
Isn't that what he is saying? If Israel attacks Iran there will surely be a counter attack; at which point the Busholini Regime will also attack Iran. The US NEI changed nothing. Israel is holding the cards. The Israeli Regime is the most dangerous on this planet.

They would not be alone in suffering the consequences. Milllions would suffer & thousands would die.

16. Yeah, I know. It's just that this "unavoidable" crap pisses me off so much I could scream.
Military action against Iran is TOTALLY avoidable -- you avoid it by not doing it. I'm sick of having our collective future jerked around by asshole warmongers.

I fervently wish Iran had nukes NOW. It would certainly put an end to this disgusting and promiscuious saber-rattling.

14. There is no way that the Busholini Regime would not defend
Israel after Israel attacked Iran & Iran attacked back. It wouldn't matter that
Israel violated Intl. Law. The Busholini Regime has violated Intl Law many times.
They don't give a damn about any Laws. If Israel attacks Iran America will be at War with
Iran & most likely Syria. It will be horrendous.
